Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tanea began competing in sports during junior high school. As a student-athlete at Withrow High School, Class of 1999, she competed in volleyball, basketball, and track and field throughout all four years.
Her athletic ability and dedication earned her a track and field scholarship to the University of Findlay, where she continued building an accomplished collegiate career.
Tanea’s athletic achievements include:
2001 GLIAC Indoor Athlete of the Year
4-Time NAIA All-American — 2000 & 2001

2014 University of Findlay Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee

But for Tanea, the medals and recognition are only part of the story.
Years of competing at a high level taught her the importance of discipline, consistency, proper training, and taking care of both the body and mind. She now brings those lessons into her work with athletes who want to improve their performance and reach their full athletic potential.
Through personalized training, Tanea helps athletes develop their strength, speed, conditioning, technique, and confidence while learning the habits required to perform at a higher level.
